背景介紹:


年老的ApoE基因缺陷小鼠(大于17個月)在腦部晶狀膽固醇裂隙,脂質(zhì)滴和泡沫細(xì)胞中有黃瘤的損害,小的黃瘤在脈絡(luò)叢和腹側(cè)彎中能看到。最近研究表明ApoE缺陷小鼠對應(yīng)激、減弱的學(xué)習(xí)與記憶,改變的長期增強(qiáng)效應(yīng),突觸的損害等都有反應(yīng)。西方膳食會誘導(dǎo)小鼠產(chǎn)生脂肪紋
